CITY FRAGMENTS
A live video + music performance by Timothy I. Smith and Scary Bear Soundtrack

Toronto-based media artist Timothy I. Smith presents City Fragments, a live video performance that will transform images from everyday urban landscapes. These images will be brought to life with a live musical performance by Scary Bear Soundtrack, an Ottawa-based indie dream-pop music project led by Gloria Guns. The band has collaborated with Smith to compose an original synthesizer-based instrumental soundtrack to his video images. City Fragments will use audio reactive software that transforms the visuals to the pulse of the music. It will draw from frenetic city spaces, displaying the moments of beauty and disarray found within.
