Illustrator Jessica Bartram to create 2023 festival artwork

We’re extremely excited to announce that we’ll be working with talented Ottawa illustrator and graphic designer Jessica Bromley Bartram this festival season! Jessica will be creating imagery for our next edition coming July 2023. Her atmospheric and fantastical style is a perfect match for Mirror Mountain Film Festival, and we can’t wait to see what she dreams up for us!

Jessica’s collection of illustrated short stories, “Ghost Water Kiss,” was published in 2019 by Popnoir Editions, and she has illustrated two picture books for Fitzhenry & Whiteside, “Charles” and “Summer North Coming,” and also written and illustrated one: “Water Water.” Her work is included in 4PANEL 2, a comics anthology by Popnoir Editions, and she has published work in Room Magazine, CAROUSEL and The Globe and Mail.
