Mirror Mountain Film Festival is now seeking proposals from musicians and filmmakers in the Ottawa-Gatineau region who want to get involved in one of the annual highlights of the festival: a live performance that combines music and film projections. Introducing our special guest jury for 2018-19! Tyler Byrnes (New York), Anne Koizumi (Montreal), Lisa Jodoin (Fredericton) and Anna Swanson (Portland) are gifted filmmakers, working in drama, documentary, animation and experimental film. They are also all Mirror Mountain Film Festival alumni whose work was screened in previous editions of our festival!

Special announcement!
After conducting a lot of careful research into Ottawa’s bustling calendar of festivals and cultural events, we’ve decided that moving away from our traditional spot in early December will be in the best interest of the festival. Mirror Mountain will be held in late July moving forwards.
